The origins of Lahinch Golf Club go back to the closing decade of the nineteenth century. In 1892 officers of the famous Black Watch Regiment stationed in Limerick came upon a vast wilderness of duneland two miles from the spectacular Cliffs of Moher. Being good Scotsmen, they knew at once that they had found the perfect terrain for a golf links.
 
Doonbeg Golf Course
Designed by two-time British Open champion Greg Norman, is situated on a truly remarkable site near the tiny parish of Doonbeg in County Clare. The course, a true links that will test a golfer's skill and mettle, has won accolades from golfers and media worldwide.

 

Ennis Golf Course
Ennis Golf Club, founded in 1907, is situated in County Clare, in the heart of Irelands scenic Mid-West, some 30km from Clare's idyllic coastline and the famous 200m high Cliffs of Moher, and the limestone landscapes of the Burren. It's tree lined fairways and tight greens present a considerable challenge, while it's relatively even terrain of 5600m make it an ideal course for the holiday and society golfer.
 
Woodstock Golf & County Club
Located  in Ennis. Woodstock boasts a world renowned 18 hole golf course coupled with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. Woodstock is a challenge to even the most seasoned golfer and provides a real test of abililty and strength. On the opening day of Woodstock the legendary Christy O'Connor SNR said "Woodstock is Wonderful"

 

Kilkee Golf Course
Kilkee has developed into an 18 hole Course. In latter years it has blended the old and the new into a course that the members are very proud of. The views in Kilkee are breathtaking, with first and second tees looking out onto the Atlantic Ocean and the third Tee overlooking Chimney Bay with a spectacular cliff top view. You are assured of a very warm welcome in Kilkee which is a very popular seaside resort with many fine hotels, restaurants and lively bars in the area.

 
Kilrush Golf & Sports Club
Situated half mile outside the old heritage town of Kilrush was founded in 1934. The new course which was re-designed by Dr. Arthur Spring in 1994 is a gem. The clever use of the natural terrain combined with water, trees and sand bunkers has resulted in a scenic course that is a pleasure to play.

 

Shannon Golf Club
This highly rated championship course, with some magnificent views of the Shannon Estuary. Water is a feature on a number of holes, and the length of many of the holes provide a stern test for even the longest hitters. This American-styled golf course, with plenty of water hazards and bunkers. The greens are largely protected by mounds and bunkers. The course is flat and presents a superb challenge for every category of golfer.
